About F.R.E.D
F.R.E.D was originally created during quarantine so that fencers could get realistic fencing practice while all the clubs were shut down. This summer they took the original design and made it into something that clubs and fencers could use in their training. F.R.E.D has several diffeent preprogrammed routines that can run at many different speeds.
